Miximus Prime Miximus prime is a simple, off-line, multi-track mixing
program which you can use to create beat-matched remixes and mash-ups. I

Drag and drop mp3s and wavs onto the
window to import them, you can choose where they go
Drag middle mouse to pan around
Mouse wheel zooms
Drag a track to move it
Drag trim handles on beginning and end of track to trim
track start/end points
Select a track by clicking on it
Once selected, tracks can be resized using up/down
cursor keys - track is always resized by one grid cell unit, so the
closer the zoom, the less the track length is altered by the size
change
Main context menu saves/loads/renders project - right
click in an empty area
Track context menu lets you perform track specific
actions - right click on a track
Space bar triggers/resets playing from a specified
position - this is handy when beat matching
Specify play cursor position by clicking in an empty
area.
Written using c# so this may require .net
2.0 be installed if you don't already have it
Timeline is in seconds
Miximus caches mp3s as wavs in its local directory, this
cache can get large fairly quickly, so its recommended that you delete
the .wavs every so often
Miximus prime uses mp3sharp and acdWaveStream which are
copyright of their respective authors
I'm sure there will be bugs, so use at your own risk
etc.
